Observed stained ceiling tiles in the laundry room and in the 2nd floor hall (near room 208).Floors, walls, and ceilings located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b).7. -Observed the handle that operates the handsink drain missing in room 535.-Observed buildup around the shower handrail/bar in rooms 535 and 512.Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).15. -Observed the drinking glasses stored without any protection for the edge of the glass.Clean glasses shall be individually wrapped or fitted with a single-service cap that covers the edge of the glass. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (b).-Observed residue on the drinking glasses in rooms 535 and 512.Multi-use utensils such as glasses, cups, ice buckets, or ice bucket lids when used, shall be washed, rinsed and subjected to an approved sanitizing treatment, and stored and handled in a manner to prevent contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (b).16. Observed hair, sticky residue, and/or other debris in a few ice buckets and/or on the lids. Follow the rule below.When properly fitting disposable food grade liners are provided, ice buckets shall be treated as non-food contact surfaces and shall be washed, using an all purpose cleaner suitable for food contact surfaces, and rinsed. The lid used with the lined ice bucket shall be washed, rinsed and subjected to an approved sanitizing treatment in place. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (b).17.
