15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. - Observed excessive peeling on table top in room 606, a damaged lamp shade in room 606, shower head detaching from wall in rooms 801 and 616, dresser drawer badly chipped in room 803, cabinet door sticking and unable to fully close in rooms 607 and 421, light flickering over the sink in the bathroom in room 218, dirty window curtains in room 607, and a damaged chair in room 520. Repair or replace all damaged items and clean as needed. |

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. - Observed orange debris/splatter on the ceiling in room 416, the light shield falling down above the bathroom sink in room 812, damaged tile in the bathtub due to the curtain rod pulling it off the wall in room 801, and a small patch of wall damage in the hallway near room 803/elevators. Repair all damaged areas and clean as needed. |
