Observed backside of drapes stained throughout facility (rooms 805,806,609,622, and 405). Observed 1 lamp shade with hole in room 708. Observed large white catchers under washer and dryers in main guest laundry room with debris build up and in need of general cleaning. Observed rust build under surrounding shower drains in rooms 609 and 405. Observed countertop/handsink cracked/ in need of resurfacing in rooms 609, 611, and 405. |
