15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed in laundry room, no hand soap available at dual sink and paper towels at staff hand sink. Supplies was placed at a different location within the room. No point deduction, as the supplies were accessible at the time of inspection.
NOTE: Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |

15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to avoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed boxes of supplies (mattress tops, tissues, linens, etc..) stored directly on the storage room floor on 4th and 5th. Ensure to keep/store all clean supplies off the floor at least 6 inches at anytime. |
