Observed drain lines extended into floor drains on ice machines.Cross-connections with sewage lines or unapproved water supplies or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (c). Provide air gap.Repeat non-compliance: Observed bulk boiled peeled eggs, and plates made up with sausage patties in refrigerator for contentenail breakfast.Facility is not permitted to serve potentialy hazardous food other than what is comericaly individually packaged.
