Water temperature throughout rooms on different floor was 116F-128F. Monitor water temperature. LODGING FACILITY IS IN THE PROCESS OF A COMPLETE REMODEL! Repair/replace damaged carpet and tightly secure wall paper. Observed wall damage in house keeping cart storage room area. Replace damaged sheet rock and repair wall. I recommend installing fiberglass reinforced paneling in room and installing a bumper guard along base of wall or installing a 2" X 8" painted board along base of wall to prevent any further damaged. Replace missing and damaged floor tile in stairwell and tightly secure any loose moulding on steps and rubber base moulding. #30. Clean and organize storage rooms/areas.
