Observed in room 116 mini fridge with cracked and rusted racks and office chair w/ minor tears on the sides and back; stains on mattress cover and on pillows. Observed in room 206 bathtub in need of cleaning and mini fridge with black build up on ice tray; stained mattress cover and food debris on chair cushion. Observed in room 228 bathtub with crack near the drain; pull out mattress w/ stains and major food debris; stains on bed linens and pillows. Observed in rooms 112 sofa mattress stained and dusty floors underneath, w/ visible tears and food debris; stained sofa cushions and bathroom grout w/ black build-up. |
