Provide test kit for bleach sanitizer. Label sanitizer bottles correctly. Bottle labeled as quaternary ammonium but is bleach. Clorine/bleach sanitizer must be 50-200ppm. Currently reading higher than 200ppm. Remake.
Sanitizing solutions shall consist of iodophors, quaternary ammonium or other chemicals or methods that are equivalent to the action of 50 parts per million chlorine solution. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b).
