Nilesh Patel was present during the inspection.#13 - Observed all hot water in the guest rooms was 116.8F - 120.2F#25 - Observed some blanket with tears and holes. **Bed linens, including sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bedspreads, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (c).***Carbon monoxide alarm must be installed in the lobby. See attached Carbon Monoxide Alarm Assessment Form.***GENERAL COMMENT - Observed bulk milk is served out of pitchers. Discontinue the service of milk out of pitchers. Milk must be provided in individual serving size or a dispensing unit that does not have washable parts.
