When I did check sanitizer solution in spray bottles; the solution was hot because sanitizer bottles had just been filled. Provide sanitizer solution on house keeping carts at all times!
Sanitizing solutions shall consist of iodophors, quaternary ammonium or other chemicals or methods that are equivalent to the action of 50 parts per million chlorine solution. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b). |
