15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed facility does not have sanitizer for cleaning on house keeping carts. House keeping staff stated they did not have a bottle for sanitizer during the inspection and were not sanitizing in guest rooms.
15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed water all over bathroom tub and toilet from leaking ceiling in 229. Observed crack in sink in 229. Observed torn bench cushion in 109. Observed tub faucet leaking in 131. Observed small hole on bench cushion in 306. Needs repair. REPEAT. |
