Bench cushions throughout rooms checked observed with stains and build up. Bench cushion in room 332 observed with cigarette burn. Bathtubs in multiple rooms including 332 and 316, and 216 observed with cigarette burns. Build up observed on back of toilet seat in room 201. Top sheet observed torn in room 332. Protective bed covers observed stained in several rooms checked. Hair observed in bathtub drain in room 216. Repeat violation. |
