Observed construction at the facility taking place and construction dumpsters located around the perimeter, as well as construction debris and building materials. Observed missing strips between hallways and stairways at the transition on the floor. Observed missing strips between the carpeted room floors and bathroom floors in the rooms and baseboard moulding missing between the carpeted floors and the walls in rooms. General Comment: Hot water fluctuating in upstairs rooms between 111F and 114F. Downstairs rooms hot water temps wer 64F, but newly installed faucets have the hot water on the right side, instead of the left. |
