General Comments

Netal Patel was present during the inspection.#27 - Observed one stained chair in room 314, and one telephone with residue in room 214. **Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).**Observed bulk containers of milk is transfered into thermos dispensor for guests to self serve. Milk service without a permit is limited to unopened individually serving size, or dispensing units that have no washable parts. The Continental Breakfast Guidance document was issued and discussed with the general manager.**Intent to Suspend issued due to non-complaince with N.C. General Statute 130A-248. A carbon monoxide alarm must be installed in the lobby and room 213.
