General Comments

General Comment: #13. At beginning of inspection hot water in room was fluctuating between 111F-114F. Maintenance man adjusted water temperature on water heater and water reached 117-122F throughout different rooms at time of inspection. MONITOR WATER TEMPERATURE CLOSELY! **Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e). #17. Observed drainage area/trough on ice machine soiled. Thoroughly clean drainage/trough on ice machine.**Ice Machines, equipment, utensils, and the room or area in which the machines are located shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (c). #33. Observed base of dumpster damaged, doors opened on dumpster and debris behind dumpster and within dumpster corral. Replace damaged trash dumpster. Keep dumpster doors closed at all times. Clean grounds behind dumpster and within dumpster corral. **All garbage and trash shall be collected and stored in covered containers in such a manner as not to create a nuisance. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).
