General Comments

***Daniel Fry was present during the inspection. ***All required carbon monoxide alarms have been installed in compliance with N.C. General Statute 130A-248. See attached Carbon Monoxide Assessment Form.#7 - Observed slow draining tubs and sinks in some rooms (102, 311, 605). **Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).#31 - Observed bags of clean/folded linen were stored on the floor in the house keeping storage rooms (2nd, 4th, and 5th floors). **Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b).#32 - Observed chemical cleaners were hung on several carts co-mingled with clean linen and clean supplies (ie. soap, coffee). Utilize designated caddies for chemical bottle storage to prevent cross contaminating clean items. **Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (e).
