15ANCAC 18A. 1824(k) A test kit or other device that measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided by the lodging establishment.- Observed the facility is using QAC sanitizer for cleaning. The facility does not have test strips available on site. Please obtain the test strips and have available to measure the correct concentration of the solution as needed. |

Dust cover ceiling vent needs cleaning on 3 rd floor. Observed lady bugs and stink bugs on counter by the window in room 201. Cleaning/ Repairing needed. Keep the premises clean and good repair. Half point deducted due to improvement. |
