#17 Observed ice machine directly plumbed on 3rd and 1st floor. Air gap needed for drainage on both floors. #19 Observed single service articles stored on floor in dry storage closet in kitchen. #20 Observed A/C vent collecting dust debris in wall unit of room #213.#23 Observed window coverings stained in room 213, 101. Keep all window coverings clean and in good repair.#26 Observed stain on carpet near door way in room 333. Mr. Franklin was present during inspection.
