2. Observed 4 out of 6 burned out light fixtures in the laundry room.**Ensure all lighting requirements are met.20. Observed dusty filters in the A/C units in rooms 303, 338, 217, 236, 136, & 108.**Ensure all ventilation equipment is clean and in good repair.25. Observed sheets, and spreads (at the foot of the beds) with burn holes and staines.**Ensure all sheets, bed spreads, blankets, and pillow caese are clean and in good repair.26. Observed debris behind beds (food, paper, etc.) in several rooms.**Ensure floors, walls, and ceilings in the bedrooms are clean and in good repair.34.
