15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed two hand washing sinks (laundry room and in front of maintenance room) without paper towels. ENSURE ALL HAND WASHING SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIME AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. |

Observed black build up around refrigerator flame where the gasket meet when closed. Need cleaning. |
