Observed underside of shower chair and base of shower curtain in room 103 soiled. Thoroughly clean underside of shower chair and base of shower curtain. Observed showers with plexy glass walls and doors damaged and soiled along base of shower liner. Observed some microbial growth along caulking on plexy glass fixtures to showers. Refurbish or replace shower liners in rooms 154, 263, 261, 207, 203 and any where else needed. Thoroughly clean plexy glass, caulking along plexy glass and area along gasket on plexy glass shower fixtures throughout in rooms where needed. Replace damaged plexy glass on shower fixture in room 207.
Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a). |

Touch-up furniture with furniture marker throughout in rooms. Replace damaged laminate on edge of dresser fixture in 203 or stain area where laminate is missing. Clean spot on mattress in room 103. Clean hair dryer in room 154. Clean area around handle/knob and interior of microwaves throughout in rooms.. Observed area around handle/knobs and interior of back corners of microwaves soiled throughout in several rooms. Replace stained/ damaged ironing boards covers in rooms.
