General Comment: #3. Touch-up paint area on wall in front office area.**Floors, walls, and ceilings located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b). #20. Clean front cover plate on heating and cooling unit in room 103.**In the absence of functioning windows, air conditioning and artificial lighting must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (a). #34. Observed emptied boxes from flat screen television outside of dumpster corral. Break down boxes and places in dumpster or remove from premises as soon as possible.**Rubbish, litter and other items not used in the operation of the establishment shall not be permitted to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (b). Rooms in main office building and a couple of rooms in building 2 inspected. Was unable to inspect room in building 3&4 because rooms were occupied by weekly and monthly rentals. Mr. Vashram Jetani present at time of inspection.
