Refurbish chipped spot on bath tub in room 516. Clean hair dryer and hair dryer holder in room 520. Caulk/seal back splash to lavatory counter in room 503.

Observed clean linen stored in a linen bin labeled soiled in laundry room area. Observed rooms being cleaned and comforters stored/placed on the floor while beds were being made. Store clean linen in clean linen bin. Do not store or place comforters on the floor while cleaning room and making beds.
Soiled linen shall be so handled and stored as not to come in contact with clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (c). Store linen in manner to prevent contamination. |
