General Comment: #10. Lodging establishment is in the process of remodeling. Repair ceiling, wall and door framing in bathrooms where needed!**Floors, walls, and ceilings located in lavatories and baths shall be cleanable, durable, and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (c). #26. Repair and repaint walls throughout in rooms and storage rooms where needed!**The floors, walls, and ceilings of bedrooms, closets, and storage areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d). #30. Observed storage on the floor in several storage rooms. Remove storage from floor once work is completed in storage rooms/closets!**Cabinets, shelves, and storage rooms shall be constructed to facilitate cleaning and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b). #33. Observed base of dumpster busted/damaged at base on back side of dumpster; replace.**All garbage and trash shall be collected and stored in covered containers in such a manner as not to create a nuisance. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).
