15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed cracking/small tears on dining chairs in 515 and 310. Observed torn couch cushion in 224. Needs repair. Points reduced due to improvements made. Several chairs had upholstery repairs visible. |
