#13 Observed some rooms reaching 114F then dropping. Maintain water temperatures at 116F - 128F in guest rooms. #16 Observed ice bucket with crack in bottom of container in room 128 and dirty inside surface of room 239.#24 Observed beds without 6" fold. #30 Observed corridors on 1st and 2nd floor with multiple items stored in breeze way i.e bed frames, new/old furniture. Multiple rooms throughout facility were in process of remodeling. Store items in storage area during remodeling period.Ms Cookie was present during inspection
