Observed some slight pink coloration on shower heads throughout in some rooms. Thoroughly clean shower heads in room. Observed hand washing sink/vanity in (1) room with hair line crack in base of sink. Replace sink. Replace toilet seat in room 408 which covering is wearing off. Tightly secure slip resistant mat in base of bath tub and touch-up spot in base of bath tub in room 315. Thoroughly clean underside of wall urinal in men bathroom located in the lobby area.
Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a). |

Observed hot water fluctuate between 129F-133F at vanities/ hand washing sinks within room throughout on different floors. Water temperature shall be 116F-128F.
Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e). |
