26: Mold/wall damage on the wall/ceiling area in room 809. Repair.27: Some arm rests on leather chairs starting to crack. Repair/replace.Intent to Suspend Issued for GS 130A-248. CO detectors are required in the following areas: 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, and 1110. Also, provide documentation that the currently installed CO detectors in the Roof Water heater room, Kitchen, Lobby (at fireplace), and Mez Level mech. room are UL listed. CO detectors can be battery powered until 9/20/14. The following areas must have hard wired, with battery backup, CO detectors by 10/1/14: Lobby fireplace/check in area/hall/vending/business area (all one area), Roof mech. room, Kitchen, House Laundry, Mez level mech. room, 1110, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, guest laundry, elevator/laundry hall (all one area), Blue Ridge meeting room.
