7. Observed one shower tub basin stained at soap dish area on back side tub in room 220.Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).8. Housekeeping staff stated that disinfectant is used on vanity.After cleaning the lavatory, faucet, and vanity, a sanitizer shall be applied to the lavatory and vanity using a method such as a wipe-on chemically-treated disposable sanitizing towel or equivalent. The sanitizer shall be left to air dry. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b).
