General Comments

General Comment: #1.Observed vent cover on the ninth floor soiled in general area of the elevators. Clean vent covers and replace any stained vent covers that will not come clean.**Ventilation located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b). #13. Observed hot water temperature spike to 135F in room 705. Water temperature fell back down and water temperature throughout in rooms on different floor was 116F-128F. Just monitor water temperature!**Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e). #7. Observed some light dust on ventilation in bathrooms. Clean ventilation in bathrooms.**Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a). #23. Observed stain on window covering in room 408. Clean stain on window covering or replace window covering.**Window coverings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (b). #26. Observed corner of wall damaged near room 707; repair corner of wall. Observed some holes in wall and corner of walls damaged in linen/house keeping cart storage rooms. Patch/seal holes in wall and repaint. Observed some loose rubber cove base moulding, broken floor tiles and stained/missing ceiling tiles in house keeping cart storage room, linen storage room and chemical closet. Tightly secure loose rubber cove base moulding. Replace broken/damaged floor tiles. Replace missing and water stained ceiling tiles.**The floors, walls, and ceilings of bedrooms, closets, and storage areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d). #33. Observed some debris on the ground between trash compactors. Clean ground between dumpster/trash compactors. Mr. Nabil Wissa and Mrs. Brenda Singh present at time of inspection.
