#13 Observed 1 hand sink measuring at 132F. All other rooms inspected throughout facility ranged from 119 - 128. Keep temperatures in range of no less than 116F and not higher than 128F. #17 Observed pipe at back of ice machine missing with water collecting on 2nd floor. #20 Observed slight dust build up on A/C filter in room 331. #22 Observed 1 bedside lamp not properly working in room 428. #27 Observed inside door damaged from cart 3rd floor housekeeping.#30 Observed boxes of tissue/paper items stored on floor in housekeeping 4th floor. Observed dirty laundry stored in protective bags on floor. Stored items off floor. Mr. Doug Uzelac was present during inspection.
