Observed the ice machines on the 2nd & 5th floor collecting black and brown residue.Ice Machines, equipment, utensils, and the room or area in which the machines are located shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (c).27. -Observed the interior of the microwave soiled in room 226.-Observed the interior of the refrigerator soiled in room 321.Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).30. Observed popcorn and debris on the floor on the storage room on the 2nd floor.Cabinets, shelves, and storage rooms shall be constructed to facilitate cleaning and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b).Note: Facility has just completed a full building renovation. Ensure all extra renovation materials, pallets, etc are removed from the dumpster area.
