Observed dark stains on lobby chair cushions and on couch cushion on Parlor Room couch. Observed stains on parlor chair near windows in Arosa Room. Clean these areas. -4- REPEAT |

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed missing grout between front patio tiles. Per Manager Chad, this area was damaged after the last freezing weather when snow accumulated in the area. Fill in grout. Observed hard crack around the perimeter of ceiling at crown molding in Arosa Room bathroom and holes in walls in Solarium closet where iron holder was once located and at wall under hand towel bar in Arosa Room restroom where another wall fixture was located. Fill in these areas. -0- |
