General Comments

7: Observed: A slow draining sink in the Solarium restroom. **Keep all restroom fixtures clean and in good repair. 33: Observed: The shared dumpster area collecting trash and the side door open. **Keep the dumpster doors closed and area clean. Intent to Suspend Issued for GS 130A-248. CO detectors required in the following areas in the Main Building: Basement, Kitchen, Tea Room, Dining Room, Living Room (including mid level stairwell landing), Library, Upstairs Parlor, and all guest quarters (8 rooms). CO detectors are required in the following areas in the Carriage House: Hawthorne, Worthington, and Kingston. The furnace room and Atherton are excluded because the furnace room is too small and the Atherton is Private living quarters. Lexington is excluded because all heat sources are electric. All CO detectors can be battery powered until 9/30/14. All CO detectors must be hard wired with battery backup by 10/1/14. All CO detectors must be installed per manufacturer's instructions.
