Observed stained carpeting and detached carpet baseboard in room 514. Observed mildew in shower of room 1117 and 1215. Observed significant staining on carpeting in hallway 12th floor. Observed debris on carpeting in corners room 1422, 1117, 514. Observed debris under pull out bed room 1215. Observed unknown organic debris on wall near toilet room 1117. Some scuffing on furnishings room 1215, 1422. REPEAT |
