15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed wall damage in each house keeping closets near freight elevators, in need of repair; suggestion to use wall covering (FRP) fiber re-enforced plastic to prevent further damage.
Ensure ice machine chutes are kept clean; observed all ice chutes having bio-film build-up in need of general cleaning.
