Observed water stained ceiling tiles present in laundry room, with minor dings and dents present in the same area. **Floors, walls, and ceilings located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b).#7. Observed slow drain sink in room 1002, shower nozzle collecting pink residue in room 1027, loose shower head collar in room 430.**Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).#8. NOTE: Observed spray bottle missing nozzle on disinfectant. Provide nozzle for proper use. #20. Observed slight rust build up present at wall vent in hall way on 11th floor. Observed ceiling vent in bathroom of room 723 collecting dust in need of cleaning. **In the absence of functioning windows, air conditioning and artificial lighting must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (a).#25. Observed 1 small pick in linen in room 1002, and 1 stain on mattress pad in room 822. **Bed linens, including sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bedspreads, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (c).#26. Observed loose edge of wall paper and ceiling above shower in need of touch up paint. **The floors, walls, and ceilings of bedrooms, closets, and storage areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).#27. Observed wear and tear on computer chair in room 941, with chip in bottom of dorm style fridge. **Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).#30.
