15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed broken toilet seat in room 316 and loose toilet seats in various guest rooms. Observed dust buildup in a/c vents in rooms 316 and 322. REPEAT *No point escalation due to improvement from previous inspection. |
