7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to FOOD-CONTACT SURFACEs shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940. Observed disinfectant being used as quat sanitizer in spray bottle at toxic levels (well above 400ppm concentration). CDI, advised dietary manager to discontinue use of disinfectant & use quat sanitizer from 3 compartment sink at correct strength. Repeat, Corrected During Inspection. |
