2-301.14 When to Wash - P: Observed employee washing/rinsing big trash can in can wash, once finished, removed gloves and started handling bowls without washing hands. Employees must wash hands when switching tasks, even if gloves are worn. Gloves are not to be used in place of handwashing. CDI-PIC corrected through instruction and dishes were washed and sanitized properly. |
