Facility may not serve undercooked eggs to the residents of the facility since they are a highly susceptible population. A conversation with the PIC and observation of the a consumer advisory concerning eggs revealed that the facility will undercooked raw eggs upon request of the residents. The facility must discontinue this process and use only pasteurized egg product and pasteurized shell eggs. CDI. |
