PIC stated that he is waiting on the delivery of a new microwave. No points taken because PIC has ordered a new microwave and is discarding the rusted microwave. |

Observed clean plates stored on top shelf of serving table uncovered or inverted. Educated PIC on covering plates with deli paper to protect from environmental sources of contamination. |
