2-401.11 Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco Observed a server to be eating and drinking in the kitchen. The server was holding a drink over a food table and had spilled some of the drink on the prep table. The server was eating ham from a customer supply. Do not eat in the kitchen. Drinks must be kept under the food prep surfaces when stored and be in a cup with a lid and a straw so that they are not spilled where they can cause cross contamination. -CDI The employee who caused the violation was corrected by the Health Inspector and the Person In Charge. |
