4-501.112 Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Hot Water Sanitization Temperatures - PF Observed dishwasher reading 145F, then went down to 132F. PIC explaiend this machine was installed 2 days ago. They were not using it for dishes this morning. PIC called maintenance while EHS was on site, and they will use their 3-comp sink until it gets fixed.
