3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed two in-use quaternary sanitizer buckets with solution at 0PPM with PIC's QAC QR5 test strips. CDI - PIC discarded solution and obtained new solution from wall dispenser at roughly 200PPM. |

Observed two large wall mounted fans with dust and debris build up, located in dishwashing room and near storage entrance. Increase frequency of cleaning. |
