General CommentsPIC stated that CMS changed hot water heater to tankless water heater recently, and that seems to cause issue with dish machine. PIC stated that work order on dish machine has been put in and they are waiting on parts to come. EHS went in and saw 8 tankless water heater in the boiled room at the back. NOTE: this seems to be the same problem with high temp dish machine not reaching at least 160F when washed.
