4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair.*Observed - Dish Machine is out of service unable to fill with water PIC placed work order a little over a week ago. PIC stated school is waiting on a new part to come in. PIC followed up with "TWC Services" on status of work order this morning. PIC and staff are using 3 comp sink for all dish and utensils to e washed rinsed and sanitized. EHS evaluated clean dish rack, dishes are clean to sight and touch. EHS tested sanitizer concentration of 3 comp sink, sanitizer is at proper concentration. EHS gave PIC business card, PIC will follow up with EHS on dish machine status. EHS will also follow up as needed. PIC has *DO NOT USE* sign on dish machine. |
