7-202.12(A) Use poisonous or toxic materials according to manufacturer's label. Use pesticides approved for use in commercial food service only.-P Observed disinfectant on counter, PIC said they use this product at night, on tables , handles etc. then in the morning they come in, wipe it off with water and sanitizer. They explained it's a 2 step process, EHS confirmed this with an employee. EHS showed product poster and explained they have to use soap on the FCS like tables. CDI-PIC had employees wash down tables and they are considering only spraying handles from now on. |

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed low grout and broken tiles throughout facility. PIC explained the school is in litigation over the tile/grout with a company they are supposed to come repair sometime this year. |
