4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed hotbox thermometer reading below 135F, EHS put thermometer inside and it was reading 180F. Thermometer will need to be adjusted for proper reading. Observed a broke shelf in the back laundry room. |

6-303.11 Provide required lighting intensity. Observed the laundry and chemical room with less than 10FC, 1 light was hanging loose and the other one wasn't working. Maintenance was on site and they fixed while EHS was on site. |
