Observed crushed ambient thermometer underneath milk crates at the right milk box cooler. Observed no thermometer in the left milk box cooler. Ambient thermometers shall be placed in equipment to allow for easy viewing. Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair. CDI (corrected during inspection). The manager provided new ambient thermometers in both milk boxes. |
